This was beneficial for me coming into a new sales role. It was good for me to learn the focus of finding the implicit and explicit needs of the client and how to lead the discussion in directions that benefit a sales close.

This course certainly did not skimp on clear concise delivery of the principles and methodologies of SPIN and to really dig deep into a customer's implicit/explicit needs in order to generate a positive outcome going forward to the next cycle of the sales process. All credit must be given to both trainers (Mike and Clair) for their delivery of the course who both, even when tested and taken off on a number of tangents, managed to stay on track with content - and made this a most enjoyable (though at times exhausting) experience to boot. Thank you both.

Well structured 3 day course, with good and easy to follow content, the course was well facilitated by Alison and Guy, The Thorpe Park location in Leeds was also very comfortable with plenty of room for practice sessions The number of delegates was about right which allowed good interaction between the group. Overall a very enjoyable and useful 3 days

Heavy going but enjoyable. The role plays were a good measure of improvement and understanding - but I would have liked the course leader to listen in more and give feed back.
