“John did a great job introducing us to the different building blocks of SPIN. All new aspects were progressively included into papaer exercises and role plays where every participant was directly able to apply and practice the new techniques and analyze his abilities while listening to his own recordings. I had a great time in the course. John always gave room for discussions and critical questions and also explained nuances and pitfalls that could otherwise be misleading. Moreover, Huthwaite provides extensive material including online access to further electronic documents like templates that help with the application in practise. Highly recommended for everyone new to SPIN.”
