The information given in the course are great, complete and powerful. Role plays acceptable, would be best to play role plays alligned with our business. Also I guess the self checking of the role plays is not completely effective. Would be more efficient if the trainer could check them and/or shared comment through the class to Exchange experience and Learning. In fact I think the course is too short, one day more with more time dedicated to role plays and accurate control of them would be benefit.

The course provides a deep understanding of SPIN through good presentations, dialogue, role plays and case studies. Our trainer Guy Aston was excellent in bringing the theory to life through his experience and other relevant cases. SPIN is a great approach to structure consultative selling.
