Provides very good structure and easy to understand on approach to a sales call. Learn to provides good question rather than keep providing the answer that may not be the actual customer explicit needs.

A brilliant course that was well explained and presented by two very knowledgeable trainers. Despite having reservations initially about the role-plays, they greatly helped in reinforcing the key concepts and techniques learnt during the course. I would highly recommend this course.

I found this course extremely beneficial! It was great to understand SPIN further and then be able to apply it in an environment with other people undertaking the same role! Within the role plays, I thought that they were really good and it helped me realise that no matter what you are selling, you can learn something very quickly. My only comment would be that I would like to have applied what I am currently selling in my job further in the role plays.
