“This course was OK, although not much around sales and a sales process was put forwards - therefore it was hard for someone new to sales to contextualise the content. A heavy focus on the Huthwaite process itself. Notes, materials, facilitators are competent enough, although would have benefited from more specific anecdotes, examples and experiences to bring the content alive. It would have also been very beneficial to de-brief the specific role plays, as these were often left once completed with a "how was that" or "was that OK" type question; giving a very high level review.”
