“The pace of the course was very well designed and meant that information was retained better. I was concerned that it was a little slow and didn't need the 3rd day but I found day 3 allowed me time to see how I would user SPIN. Sometimes the interactive tasks were a little confusing as it wasn't always clear what we were reflecting on. Otherwise very impressed,”
