Excellent trainer, very knowledgeable with great energy and rapport with the group. Incredibly relevant peer group, all with challenging and complex sales. Course content is pitched perfectly for 3 days, with a lot of clear and simple information embedded through equally clear role-plays. That is not to say that the role-plays are easy though! Aside from the excellent content and training, this was a lot of fun, and gave me some really practical skills I can take to my next client calls very effectively.

The SPIN selling training was very good. It was delivered at an appropriate pace and with high levels of engagement, interaction and participation. It did at times seem to be overly concerned with semantics and detail, particularly when it came to identifying question and statement types. The use of role plays as an opportunity to apply what we had learnt worked very well, however, as they were not based on our own companies, as much time was spent understanding product/service offerings, customer requirements and market conditions for imaginary scenarios as practising new techniques and skills. That said, this approach did illustrate how SPIN selling may be used in a variety of situations. The training will definitely help me to develop business with new and existing customers, in particular end users. It will be useful, when working at a specification level, in improving my understanding of our customers' implicit and explicit needs and how the latter may be satisfied with our products/services.
