This course was very useful because it focussed on how to use the Huthwaite research and theory in real situations. There was a lot of opportunities to practice the SPIN model as well as applying it to our own jobs and industries.

I expected to have face to face consultative sales with an expert from Huthwaite. Doing the roleplays with our course mates does not guarantee you are correcting your previous mistakes, and it does nor guarantee you acquired the proper concepts provided in the course.

I thought the whole experience, including all of the on-line preparation, the actual 2 days and the post course material and activities available, make for a fantastic sales training package. Many thanks to the attendees as the group was excellent and worked together well both as groups, pairs etc and Clare and Jane were fantastic trainers. My only piece of constructive feedback was in respect of the size of the training room which was extremely small

This was a very informative and interesting sales course which covered aspects of sales I hadn't really considered before. Certainly some helpful topics raised which I hope will help in my current role.

I found the course to be an excellent learning experience. The style of delivery was a good blend of formal learning, anecdotes, and practice which really helped to cement the learning. Already I've implemented some of the skills we learnt, especially developing the implied need to an explicit need rather than simply making the leap myself. Nicola's delivery was excellent considering she was new to training.

I thought the whole course was a thoroughly worthwhile endeavour. I left excited and looking forward to applying what I learned in real life settings. Would definitely recommend to anyone in sales

Very useful training - a good mix of slides and group work and real life examples of the SPIN method. Also good that we were off site - better for concentration.
