“The training course was really good, I felt really engaged from the beginning and learned a lot over the three days. The only change that I would make would be the role play. If there could of been role play provided by my company which would be more in line with the kind of customer I would deal with then I really think that would make all the difference. It would give me a chance to practice my own product at the same time.”
