An excellent insight into 'sales' particularly for a high involvement service such as architectural services. Whilst the content was partly intuitive, it was very useful to have a clear process of how to focus on client needs and how to 'pull' influence. The 'tutor' was excellent, both in terms of knowledge and approach, which made the learning helpful and thoroughly enjoyable. Hopefully I can continue to utilise the learnt skill set and put it into practice in a successful way.

The course was prepared very well and held excellently by Mark. I had lots of fun attending the course and I am very happy about the pots-course materials and online access to maintain the leranings.

Extremely useful course, helps understand and structure sales interactions. Also, very importantly helps understand what behaviours increase the chances of a successful sales interaction and how to apply them. What makes this course different is that the framework (SPIN) is supported by an extensive research of sales interactions.

Didn’t really learn a great deal that I am not doing anyway to be honest. Think this course is better aimed at people who have only been in a sales based role under 5 years.

Excellent course which I thoroughly enjoyed. Lots of 'food for thought' and new ways for me to look at and explore and clarify what customers are really saying in terms of their implied and explicit needs. This will no doubt help me in my innovation role when exploring customers unmet needs and performance gaps for which I am responsible for bringing new products to the market for. Dominic made the training most enjoyable and importantly made it relevant to real world situations. He also had some fantastic analogies (& poems !!) which were very effective in highlighting points / learnings.

The spin course was very informative, which helped me to learn about all aspects of the sales call in a detailed and structured way that I had not used before. The course trainer Nikki was fantastic, and ensured the group were relaxed and were able to enjoy the experience. I would definitely recommend this course.
