“I really enjoyed the course and know what I learnt will prove useful to me in the future. The only downside was the administration beforehand where although everyone was helpful and polite, it felt slightly chaotic with my previous course being cancelled at the last minute despite having kept my diary clear for three days for months, and then I was booked on a course in Gatwick, despite wanting to go to Manchester as previously booked on. Then on the day of the course, the room we had been booked in to was too small. 14 people in a room for 12 at the absolute maximum. When we went to our break out rooms, there was only space for 6 at the table so someone had to stand each time in each group. Not good when you're paying for a premium experience. Get those little details right and it would have been a definite 5 stars. Unfortunately,”

“On the first day, I felt uncomfortable due to the nature of my role/industry and experience compared to the other attendees. However, Trevor created a calming atmosphere and treated everyone as equals. I believe the SPIN method will be most successful with face to face meetings, however, I have come away learning valuable information and am excited to start using these skills on the phone in my day to day role.”
