“We had the two day SPIN course, partly as a refresher for some of the team, partly to bring SPIN to some newer team members. The course was excellent- both the delivery of the methodology by elearning first (which got us all to a level understanding and using some of the language before the training) and also then down to the practical role plays and interactive delivery. It's hopefully steered us down a more productive path; it's up to us now to use the tools and skills and weave them into our every day. We have been impressed by the attention to detail of the Huthwaite team at every stage, and have been well looked after.”
