“Great experience, the online sessions run smooth and there were no major technical issues. In spite of the fact it was online for Force Majeure reasons, I could catch most of thee contents in a very effective way. My takeaways are valuable, but I would outline the acknowledgment of the importance of asking questions and listening when in a sales call.
