it was an excellent course to review some aspects at which you will not pay the required attention when you visit a customer. It is important to ask the right questions to know what is important for them and know if you are able to help on they requirements. It is important for me to have a book to review information

Good course that was at the last minute delivered remotely due to COVID-19. Has given me a new perspective and structure for Sales Calls. Having some previous background working with Sales helped and the course introduced questioning techniques to help identify Explicit Needs of customers - those that help drive even more value from your conversations

Great experience, the online sessions run smooth and there were no major technical issues. In spite of the fact it was online for Force Majeure reasons, I could catch most of thee contents in a very effective way. My takeaways are valuable, but I would outline the acknowledgment of the importance of asking questions and listening when in a sales call. More precisely, asking the right questions and listen the answers. In the debts side, possibly a little bit more of practice as it is proved that the proposed skills are not easy to assume as own. Fortunately the refresh exercises in My Huthwaite, will help.

Es war alles soweit wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Es haben sich neue Möglichkeiten bzgl. der Verkaufsgespräche ergeben. Fragen und Zuhören wurde geschult. Auch der Dozent war gut.
