Wow this course was not what I expected, thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish! I quickly realised that my behaviour in day to day negotiations was limiting my success of a more favourable outcome. After 2 days training I totally changed the way I approach my negotiations and 1 week later negotiated a difficult deal with ease.

It was very good course to reveal the blind spots in your negotiation behaviour. It helps you to be more cautious of the conversation and reaction you may take during the course of negotiation. By having the awareness and action to strengthen your style, it helps to smooth out the negotiation and induce more pull strategy than the push strategy.

Useful; Well thought out; Mainly well structured; Enjoyable; For the red/blue exercise I didn't have any cash on me so had to borrow so may be worth pre-alerting people that money needed. I was/had been aware that negotiations should deliver something to both/all parties and be based on trust. This was a really good reminder though wasn't a new concept to me. What was really useful & new was the tools and language required to become a really skilled negotiator, particularly the strength of common ground and the if I you do scenarios.

Superb course, great input sessions by all 3 trainers (Neil, Steve and Jo). Of particular interest to me was the behavioural analysis which I found enlightening and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this course to others.
