The facilitators show you techniques, tools and somewhat surprising new behaviours to be adopted, to help you achieve your objectives in difficult and complex negotiation situations.”

“The work around structuring a negotiation via the planner was very useful and is being carried within our new organisational processes. The trainers were also very effective at delivering the training, however 2 days was perhaps not enough for the level of role play - it felt at times that there was not a lot of content delivered by Huthwaite; just role playing instead. In saying that, the role play was fantastic & enjoyable. Perhaps an area of focus should be how to gather the level of information that is displayed in the case studies.”

“It was an enjoyable 3 days. The trainers were very experienced and likeable. It was disappointing that only 3 of the delegates turned up, although that did mean that the course flowed very quickly, but we lacked participant input. I am aware of what I do well, and what I should work on and will definitely think about this in my day to day moving forward. I think the course could have been consolidated into 2 days.”
