Nose (Optional) dry malted buscuit .. possibly of the ginger kind

Palate (Optional) developing sweetness and spice coming late.. slight bitter finish ?

Finish (Optional) biscuity and cinnamon finish .. so well balanced !

“well developed complicated single malt - not the cheapist 15 year old but very elegant and I would say ..ermm.. femine in style. Hard to pick up the raspberry note on the palette (in the end I dipped my finger and placed it strategically centrally and near the tip of my tongue to pickup). You really can spend ages trying to pick out the different flavours. I definitely think this distillery has a unique profile to the rest.”

“By far the best Sherry-oaked matured-not just finished-15Yo ,non-peated single malt in annual production. Harmonious nose-palate-finish combo, exemplary smoothness. A well-made Christmas cake in your glass to slowly savour throughout the year.”
