“Serious damage to product, chipped and broken struts. This was a present and delivered to an address other than our own. There was not an opportunity to unpack and inspect under these circumstances. In fact things were so thoroughly wrapped up that the carrier would have been loath to stand around while unpacking took place. Would have liked to have returned product but circumstances meant that we had contravened terms and conditions. It is difficult to believe that anyone could have willingly prepared this item for sale given its condition. Will need to apply glue and touch up chipped areas. Very disappointing a costly experience.”
