“I bought 4 sets of 2 footstools for my business only 8 weeks ago and I have only opened and been using one set for now until our refurb soon. 1 stool has broken already so I have been in contact to say I just want to return them as they are of very poor quality to be told that it can only be replaced. I just don't have the time or energy to keep sending back broken footstools for replacements every time one breaks. Now left with seven and a half useless footstools which may be able to support an ant.”
