“Ordered light weight and medium together but forgot to mention that I required a medium as I already had the liner. Email sent and reply received within two minutes. Stated that it would be no problem. Arrived on time, the medium bag had the manufacture date of 2017 and looked like it had hardly been used as the Velcro had no visible wear. It did have a few marks that were hardly noticeable and was in better condition than my stolen bag. Slightly musky smell but that I would guess was due to storage and all I have done is hang it to air and the odour is going. I can not fault the bag and look forward to using it soon. Great experience and would recommend and use again.”
