“I cannot recommend this company. I both emailed and explicitly requested on the order that I requiried and requested 'size Large'. They sent size Medium! No explanation , no apology, no acknowledgement - nothing. I now have a product that is useless to me and a bitter taste in the mouth. They ensure payment is made before dispatch - don't pay before you receive the product - don't trust them. This is tantamount to fraud and theft. They have even put 'large' here in the feedback channel - so they obviously do not check what they dispatch. Sloppy at best - taking the p*** at worst. Either way I am out of pocket and left with a useless product.”

“Delivered extremely quickly. Looks first class and in excellent condition, in fact I suspect its been issued but not used. Very pleased even though I've not had chance to put it through its paces yet but am raring to give it a go.”

“Looks new to me, I've yet to find signs of excessive use by the previous owner. No change to test it (being winter atm), but I expect a performance similar to the older jungle sleeping bag I had to replace after some mice chewed it up.”

“Ordered light weight and medium together but forgot to mention that I required a medium as I already had the liner. Email sent and reply received within two minutes. Stated that it would be no problem. Arrived on time the light weight bag had the manufacture date of 2017 and looked like it had not been used as the Velcro had no visible wear. It did not have any marks and was in better condition than my stolen bag. I can not fault the bag and look forward to using it soon. Great experience and would recommend and use again.”

“1.3kg so not ultralight but great value. Will not compress into small squash bag. Ideal for caravan or boat as roomy and 1-2 season.”
