“The bag - great. DPD however are THE worst delivery company. Not only do they fail to find my house, which all the other companies can without a problem, they actually say they came and no one was in when I was literally by the front door at the time they say they came. So they don’t even tell the truth. I then phone them, get attitude off the company (DPD), give them extra clear instructions and they still don’t get to me. When I eventually get a parcel it turns out the driver can’t read English so didn’t bother looking at the instructions. This has happened over and over again and only with DPD. On this occasion I had to go collect my parcel from the nearest Homebase, when again they said they’d come and no one was in! I wonder what delivery I actually paid for? My bag is great, the delivery company SUCKS. It’s enough to keep me from shopping here if you keep using them.”

“Capacious and sturdy with a built in hardboard base. Two carrying handles and a shoulder strap. 60 cm by 80m by 60 cm. This bag was in good condition although all the dust of Bagram seemed to have accumulated on the inside and required a thorough clean before use.”
