“I bought these to use on an Elephant Bike, a refurbished Royal Mail postie's bicycle. I'm very please with them. Very good condition and huge capacity. Prompt delivery. I did need to adapt them for the bicycle, cut a couple of straps and move a couple of buckles. 10 mins work when I worked out what needed to be done. Fantastic value at the price.”

“Really pleased with these ex-Royal Mail panniers which arrived in new, unused condition. I understand these were made by Carradice and the quality shows. I’ve fitted them to a Pashley Mailstar, the model used by the Royal Mail until bike deliveries ceased, to use as a cargo bike. They came with a shoulder strap should you wish to carry them off the bike, and a short carry handle. Each bag is attached to the saddle/rack centre section by heavy duty plastic clips so they can be detached and used separately. Excellent value and quality.”

“I have been struggling to find panniers for my 'pack pony' in the UK, but these can be adapted for equine purposes, they are brilliant, and a fraction of the price of anything with a horsey label on it. I am delighted with them.”

“These are robust, waterproof bags at a good price, formerly used by postal workers to carry mail as front and back human panniers with straps over the shoulders. They will fit a motorbike or motor scooter nicely, and a horse saddle too (I use a western saddle which is good for that kind of thing). They aren't suitable for a bicycle (the advert doesn't say that they are) without modification to add clips to fit over the carrier rack. That modification would probably be quite straightforward for someone practical.”
