Bought in conjunction with the Dutch Woodland Camo Day Pack. Bag itself is a good size. It will easily contain all my toiletries and changes of clothes etc for a 7-day family camping trip. Alternatively I can get a dutch hooped bivvy bag, 3 seasons sleeping bag, sleeping pad, Firemaple knockoff stove and a change of clothes in it for the more off-piste couple of days wild camp. The material is coated which I assume makes it water resistant. The zips are strong, as is all the webbing, clips, etc. Confortable to wear and many opportunities to adjust. The straps are sponge lined in the right places. They're covered in attachment points (Molle?). My MTP webbing stuff clips right on. You will always find ways of attaching what you need to attach to this bag, Everything feels robust and very difficult to damage. There is a single top opening main compartment and an extra largish pouch in the lid section. The day pack bags zip on either side of the main pack for extra storage. They attach properly in a well thought out way. Quite honestly, you're going to be taking things out of this combo to reduce the weight before you run out of actual space to put things. Washed it at 30C and no harm occured (remove the aluminium frame bars first). All in all I expect a lifetime of use. Fast delivery and service as per usual. Recommended.

Got the bag and side pouches. Bag is a little bit heavier than I imagined but thats not an issue for me but it also has alot more space than I thought aswell so just my judgement but moving from a 44 liter and carrying extra bags to this 60L, everything fits in the main compartments and I have side pouches then for spare/dump pouches. Came Good condition looks great. No issues just my judgement .

the backpack looks quite good, here too the closure cord is missing, in many places it has decolations of the camouflage pattern, the bottom of the backpack is very worn and has a slight hole that has not yet passed through

Good quality surplus at a good price, the rucksack and side pockets arrived on time, a little dirty and fusty, however; with a good clean it came up like new. I think the design and features of this backpack are excellent, it’s cavernous and can take some weight if you wish, distributing well over the shoulders and hip belt with full adjustability, the retention straps keep it close to the body, no swinging around, sturdy, comfortable and functional. Looking forward to using it over a few day’s distance paths with overnight camping.
