“Recieved my two bags and they are in good condition, a little grubby around the edges but I didn't expect anything else. Bigger than I thought they would be but great for the purpose I wnted them for. Top marks on the price and speed of delivery.”

“Ok but not totally great. Bag is tough, with large capacity and plenty of life left. All good and what you would expect. However the bag that arrived isn’t as pictured and no indication was given in the original listing that this could be the case. Basically the reflective strips are hi-viz yellow and not white as pictured. To be honest I probably wouldn’t have purchased if I’d known this, as hi-viz yellow isn’t my thing really. I do feel that the information given should have been more accurate about this being a possibility/probability. Also the bag has the derogatory nickname of a previously user written in biro on the front of the main flap. Was this really the only one left to send out to a customer? Again I’m disappointed that this wasn’t made known to me in advance, if this was the only bag available. Functionally the bag is great and exactly what I expected and I can’t lie, it’s a lot of bag for a bargain £10. Aesthetically however it is less pleasing. It doesn’t reflect (no pun intended) the goods that I thought I was purchasing and though I have kept the item rather than returning it for a refund, it’s not really what I was hoping for in terms of looks and as such, I’m less likely to use it regularly which is a pity.”
