“I ordered this jacket a couple of months ago, but unfortunately have found that it lets rain through, leaving me very wet after about 10 minutes outside in the rain. I have contacted Forces Uniform and Kit with regards to this by email, Facebook and Instagram and the only response I have received was over a month ago saying that I would be contacted shortly, but have not heard anything since. Overall I am disappointed with the product and the customer service.”
