Jacket as advertised. 42 inch chest fits perfect and is my generic fit. 92 kgs 6ft 3 Good condition. Bought for canoeing so as not to ruin an expensive coat. So far very pleased. Pit zips in good condition. Large hood for helmet. Will test for waterproofing but I can reproof. Good service and delivery was effective. Would purchase more items from this firm as I'm a first time buyer.

Jacket is as described and has plenty of room in the body for a 40inch chest in the medium. I got it as a present for someone with a 45 inch chest and it looks like a good fit.nice and long in the body and arms. The jacket looks nice and very pleased. The team helped me with the sizing.

This is a bombproof Gore-Tex shell and outstanding value for money. After an hour in the driving rain, I was still dry and toasty warm. All velcro, taped seams and elastics are in A1 condition. The only areas that wetted out at all were the very edge of the cuffs and waist pocket flaps, which is to be expected on a used item. Everywhere else, the water just beads up and rolls off just as it should. It’s since been washed with pure soap and had a tx-direct re-proof ready for the real Winter weather. Regarding sizing I chose a Medium/Long(96-100/v-vi). I’m 6’ and a 44” chest and wanted the jacket to go over a chunky mid-layer like my Buffalo, plus I wanted longer than std sleeves and the hem to be mid-thigh rather than water running off into my trouser pockets. I tried my Son’s Small/Regular jacket which was fine for me over a thin top but the sleeves didn’t reach my watch hence going for the “Long”. Good cinch cords mean you can pull in the waist, hem, and helmet / headphones-sized hood when needed. Excellent comms about my order throughout the process which arrived the next day. The sales team is happy to respond to emails about sizing etc which is a big help.

This wasn't totally waterproof. There was some seepage of water through the stitching around both breast pockets (this was fixed by reproofing the specific area with some spray-on stuff), as well as through both sleeves and the mid-level drawstring area. The hood was waterproof. I ordered a smaller sized jacket for my wife which seemed totally waterproof and unused, and was a much darker green colour, so the age and waterproofing will vary between jackets.

Interesting that people commented that came-up big, which I would say it was a good fit, but not big.
