“I purchased one of these jackets & it was to small. I live in Ireland and found it would cost to much money to return it. I loved the jacket and so I just ordered another the next size up. Much to my disappointment the next jacket I received was a totally different design I hate. They have no phone number and so I emailed them asking if I sent the jacket back would they be able to replace it with the same type jacket I originally ordered and have recieved no reply to two emails in three weeks! I am now stuck with two jackets that are no good to me and am wondering if I was to send them back at more cost to me would I hear from the company again?”

“Bought mine two years ago. I use it for walking the dog at night were the reflective bands come in handy. Its a very nice warm jacket. I have use it in temperatures down to -12c. Its probably one of my warmest jackets. As the jacket is so warm and comfortable I tend now to use it for also going down to the shops and doing work outside. Good quality, well made and durable. I don't think you would be disappointed. .”

“Very high quality jacket. My only comment is that with the liner fitted, size is a little 'neat' I would usually take XL but bought XXL, but I hate tight jackets!”
