“Extremely fast delivery - Thanks. This coat has been tested by me in extended torrential rain and kept me dry and warm even though the exterior is cotton. It must have a Goretex or similar lining. The sizing is quite large - I'm a slender 185cm tall and it is big on me but that is OK because it is easy to layer underneath. I carefully unpicked the Austrian army sleeve badge and actually the coat is pretty smart. Fairly lightweight so not super-warm on its own but a really good practical coat. Quality is definitely not over-engineered - for example the zip is thin nylon - but for the price this is outstanding value way above fashion branded coats”

“the jacket was for my wife for dog walking. Iwas pleasantly surprised by the condition as it almost looks unissued. delivery too was good. She is very pleased with it and my grandson may well purchase one.”

“I am 172cm tall and 14 st. The jacket fits well. Smelled as if it had been in damp storage but comfortable enough. However, in the rain the jacket leaked around the upper back. So, a bit disappointed. I will reproof it and give it another go.”

“A classic jacket made better with waterproofing...Condition was very good for the price a couple of missing toggles..Austrian soldiers must be tall and wide I am a 40 inch chest found there was still some room in the 88/92 which is listed as up to 39 inch chest. Buy with confidence..”

“I'm a gardener and always getting soaked when wearing supposedly waterproof coats, so I was recommended one of these. Fits beautifully, nice and roomy with plenty of pockets and adjustable wrist bands. But, more importantly, the rain bounces off completely, so I stay nice and dry. The hood could be a tad bigger, but I do have a huge head for a female. Other than that, it is near damn perfect!”
