It's actually a Parka and it's pretty big and it has huge sleeves but it's everything you'd hope for in a jacket. It's missing a button on the sleeve but that doesn't matter.

An excellent jacket, but rathe let down by the plastic zip. This is my second one (the first still ok, but needs reproofing). As predicted, the zip failed on the first jacket and so I had to buy a brass one from ebay and have it fitted (not easy!). So, just be aware that with normal use the zip will probably pack up within a couple of years. Excellent service from this firm, as usual.

Top quality. Jacket seems brand new. I purchased the large/tall and it fits my 6'4"/195 lb. frame perfectly with a heavy shirt underneath. A bulk sweater or fleece would require moving to the XL. I have long arms and the sleeve length is perfect. It hangs to mid/upper thigh. I'm highly satisfied.

I was uncertain about buying this jacket for a number of reasons, firstly I am 6'3" have long arms and a 44" chest so when buying a coat I really need to try them on first, no problem with this jacket at all, fantastic fit. Secondly, alot of the M65 jackets I have seen are very thin, not this jacket, a real heavyweight coat, good for all year round use(apart from a really hot day). Good quality and I doubt if it has even been worn, I would definately buy another, but I can't see it wearing out in a hurry.Only negative thing I can say about it is the hood, but to be honest I don't care because if it was raining that much I would wear a different coat. Buy one you won't be disappointed!

If you're looking for one jacket/coat that does everything for all seasons, this is probably it. I've had mine for a long time now, and it's not let me down except in the heaviest of heavy rain- it can resist most showers fairly well without waterproofing, and it won't let the wind anywhere near you. Hood is ok too, and easy to put away again, Tonnes of room in pockets for anything you might need, and very, very well-made and hard-wearing. Looks great with just about anything else, and looks good on most people, so no need to worry about that. Nice and warm in winter and autumn, not too heavy in the spring and fine for those typical grey British summers. Superb value for money.

I am amazed at the near new condition of this item. The sleeve badge had been removed prior to delivery and it was almost impossible to see where it had been indicating zero fading ( will not be seen after a wash / iron closes the almost invisible needle holes). The jacket still smells of it's original proofing agent and has no marks or wear whatsoever. As for fit, i was a little sceptical of the suggested sizing but went along with it anyway and i'm pleased i did. The Large (96-100) size in short length fits my 41" chest 5'8" frame perfectly and allows for a thick jumper to worn beneath. The sleeves are of a perfect length for me with no turning up required. Obviously if i wanted to wear a quilted liner or heavy fleece layer (not provided) underneath it a size up from that chosen would be sensible. All in all a wonderfully heavy duty, perfectly fitting jacket of way superior quality to the far eastern copies that plague the high street and at a much more pocket friendly price - excellent seller, excellent jacket - highly recommended.
