“At 6'2" and 44" chest, the size was a perfect fit. Good soft cotton outer, it was put to use straight away on a day of heavy showers, and an outing to go fly fishing. Water 'beaded' on the ?proofed cotton outer and, despite some heavy squalls, the hood and Sympatex (Goretex equivalent) liner did the job of keeping the water out. Combined with the Austrian army Goretex trousers/salopettes bought at the same time (and unlike other fishermen out that day) I was absolutely cosy and dry. Great value, great service - and great kit. EXCELLENT - and highly recommended,”

“I received an email in reply, which asked me to include a receipt for proof of postage with the return. Unfortunately the parcel was already on its way by then, but never mind. The jacket that I received is in A1 condition (might be new by the look of it), so I am very pleased with the end result. This is the second jacket that I have bought from from Force Uniforms and Kit and, overall, I am impressed with their prompt service and response to problems. Yes, I will order more items from them in future”

“I received my jacket promptly, but when I tried it on I found that it was mis-shaped and not wearable. The lining seems to have been damaged and gentle but firm pulling will not straighten the jacket out. I am guessing that it was boil washed or something and the lining has stuck together in the process. I don't want to yank it back into shape and risk damaging it so I am returning for a replacement. I am annoyed that I will have to pay return postage for a jacket that would clearly not have been up to scratch when it was put into the delivery bag.”

“Good service and delivery as stated. Medium is true to size - 40 inch chest expanded. Buy the long version if you want it to cover your bum. This was bought as a present (from a wishlist) and I wasn't sure if it was okay being second hand (or taken from storage). However. the recipient was delighted! I have a Gortex jacket myself and I know how horrendously expensive they are - but I have to say, this M65 is excellent value.”
