“Excellent service, first time ordering and will definitely use again. Coat is excellent condition, too nice for walking/rambling in! Sizing is always a little difficult when ordering online, however, I chose a medium/regular length, great fit across shoulders and arm length - I am 5'10", 40" chest. The length of the coat is a little longer than I anticipated, but this is not a bad thing now that I have worn it out and about. It looks great with a pair of jeans and boots! The one I received is labelled as a 'Gore Tex' so really happy as this is what I was hoping for. The coat is very warm, and will be great over the winter. There is room to be able to put extra layers to keep warm. I am now considering buying the cotton version as well ready for spring! Overall the coat is great. If you are reading the reviews as you are considering purchasing a coat like this, just buy it! You won't be disappointed!!”

“Arrive really quickly. Can't fault the quality. Considering the jacket is 20 years old, there is very little wear. A quick spray with a water repellent, just to be sure, and I'm now ready for some autumn/winter camping with my Scouts. A good solid jacket that I'm not worried to stand close to a camp fire in. Great quality at a sensible price.”

“I have purchased several of these jackets over several years. In all cases the jacket has been exactly as described: either grade 1 with minimal or no repairs or in the case of one jacket apparently new and unissued. The most recent purchase has one small area of professional repair and has been cleaned prior to sale. Metal parts of the zip had fused together after the cleaning process, but a dousing of WD40 freed it of reasonably easily. I echo all the other reviews in that these jackets are an excellent purchase, fully warm and weathertight in the roughest of weather. Very good service from Forces Uniform - quick delivery and a fine product to be recommended”

“Jacket delivered on time. Excellent quality. Performed exactly as expected and I ordered the XL so will have room for extra layers when the cold weather arrives. I found the hood was also an excellent fit as sometimes these can be huge or too tight. Overall this is a great jacket, great value for money and well deserving of the 5 star rating.”
