“Excellent service from Jay. The jacket was in great grade one condition apart from the thermal glue(?) seams in the pockets, which had dried out and split on first couple uses. When I emailed Jay he immediately advised me to return it and they would pay the postage and provide a replacement. As it turned, my wife suggested she sew the pocket linings, so I never needed to take Jay up on the swap out. The offer alone though, was enough to assure me of their commitment to customer service.”
