“Only slightly used/worn, comfortable immediately, nice leather lining. Medium width I'd say (I have narrow feet, so they feel comfortably generous to me. I use them in a large, overgrown garden - perfectly waterproof for that.”

“The pair I received was grade 1; I couldn't have them fully refunded without bearing the postage fee (they are heavy) but I got the difference in price between grade 1 and supergrade refunded instead. Communication was quite prompt although I'd still much rather have had them refunded as I was not responsible for the wrong grade being sent. I maybe expected a little too much from these as the quality of the boots themselves was also disappointing. Pros: -Proper sizing means that the most accurate fit is fairly certain -Leather lining is good quality and comfortable -Tongues are gusseted all the way up -Stitching is good, excepting a few loose ends -They also have composite toe caps for protection; the heels have the same thing also Cons: -Sole is on the harder side and will wear accordingly -Where the soles meet the upper, a gap is already present on one boot; although it doesn't let water into the interior, I worry it'll open up over time if not addressed and that water can sit in the gap -Deep scuffs and scratches were present at the toe and heel as they resist bending; I don't personally think toe cap boots are as comfortable as ones without but it is a trade-off -Leather uppers on mine weren't consistent in quality; one of mine had a section of flat, grainless and rubbery leather that did not flex well and did not take finish well -In many sizes, a pair will weigh over two kilogrammes”

“I've spent years and hundreds of pounds trying to find a decent comfortable and affordable replacement for the old UK army boots, with these i think i've hit the jackpot. I got the super grade option and past some very slight wear on the sole (and on one pair one of the quick lace hooks had been re attached badly...which i'm sure is uncommon was also worked around by lacing up differently) These boots i've been using in work, where i am walking for around 11 hours per day, feet are not getting fatigued and in the morning there is no pain due to Plantar fasciitis, some people may feel the need to replace the insole which i would not recommend, most of them are too thick which will put pressure in areas there really shouldn't be any despite the ones that come with the boots being fairly solid they do their job exceedingly well.”

“These arrived earlier today and are superb. The condition is excellent. Just what I was hoping for but far better than I was expecting, especially when the word used is noted in the description. They arrived really quickly and well packaged too.”
