“The quality of the boots themselves is undeniable. As expected, the company always sells top quality gear. Unfortunately the pair was to small. This leads me to their most excellent customer service. Return advice offered, and return accepted with no issues. I expect a larger pair any day now. Outstanding products. Outstanding company, selling the best gear, for standing, outside.”

“Superb boots, extremely well made, the only damage / sign of wear was some very minor scuffs on the toe area, which polished out very easily. Following (& asking) advice on sizing, they're a perfect fit, as I usually take UK size 9, & the 265 is perfect for me. The only thing I've done is replace the insoles for a cushioned Viper one, after a polish & a wax I now have a excellent, warm, perfect fitting, brand new looking pair of solid, comfortable boots! The staff were, as always, very helpful & informative, despatch, as well as delivery very fast.”

“The boots were in very good condition, as described. We used the size chart to order 2 pairs that should have been UK sizes 7 and 10. Both were about two sizes too big, unfortunately. Had to return.”
