“I’m unhappy with these boots. The service and delivery were very good but it outweighs the negatives of the product. I ordered two pairs, the first pair were really comfortable and looked sturdy, but they made such a loud squeaking noise when I walked in them that were really annoying, I persisted wearing them though due to comfort and tried to ignore the noise until somebody literally commented on them as I was waking down the street, telling me yeh obvious “your boots are very squeaky”. I figured I’d try to give it another go and order a second pair, I didn’t try to return them as I thought it had been too long. When the second pair arrived I was over the moon at having a nice pair of non squeaky boots. A week later and the sole is already coming off one boot. At this point I’ll forget trying again. I therefore would not recommend these boots.”
