“It was moth eaten and had stains on it, certainly wasn't the Christmas present I had hoped it would be. However, the customer service was excellent and a great example of how to treat customers well, I returned the coat and got my money back very quickly. The coat should have been checked over before sending it out to me as the damage was clear, it would have saved everyone a lot of bother.”

“I have now had a chance to test for warmth in cold conditions and am very happy with it. It is a good cut although the sleeves are about an inch short; I'll use longer gloves with it.”

“Excellent product and amazing customer service, I had incorrectly ordered the wrong size, returns were easy and the staff could not be more helpful. The correct size was sent and it is a fantastic jacked. I can highly recommend the company they were absolutely spot on.”
