“Finished product was as expected, but delivery was extremely slow (more than a week longer than advertised) and communication was virtually non-existent. I had to keep calling up to find out where the order was up to, was given false assurances over the phone ('it's been dispatched" when it clearly hadn't been since it took a week after that to arrive), no dispatch or delivery email notification. "Tracking links" in confirmation email were misleading, designed only to make you sign up for a First Mats account (Why would I want that?) and didn't actually result in seeing or receiving any tracking information. Overall a very poor experience, and I didn't have the mats in time for the exhibition I'd ordered them for, so a waste of money. Wouldn't dream of using them again. 'Last mats' would be more appropriate.”
