“Ordered and paid for express shipping (1-2 days) and order didn’t come for over 2 weeks, and even then I had to chase it up several times. Eventually when it was sent, it was the wrong size lead; I’ve since emailed back several times and I’m just being ignored. Annoyingly the lead that was sent does feel really good quality…”
