“The Biothane lead we purchased appears, so far, to be good. Unfortunately the lack of communication about when it was actually being sent was not. Apart from the order confirmation, I wasn't contacted at all, dispite them clearly stating that I would be informed when my order was being dispatched. Two emails & a message left on their answer phone were completely ignored, & the lead finally turned up about 8 days after placing the order.”
