All the items are of great quality and it was relatively easy to pump up and attach fins. I had a query for the customer service team, it was handled very quickly and sound advice was given. I would highly recommend this board, it's a stable, solid board. Fatstick have heaps of user videos on their YouTube channel with excellent guides on every aspect of your new board.
