Also Finns missing. Appreciate not everything gets packed. But no eta or when they might arrive. Message left on their phone to hopefully find a successful resolution. Didn’t expect to buy a board with defects or have to put up with it dinged in transport. Or prior to shipping.

I'm extremely sorry your new board arrived damaged by the courier. We spoke on the phone at the time it happened and myself & my team have been in email contact with you quite regularly since.
Originally I offered a refund of £100 and suggest rail saver tape would protect and cover up the area. You decided not to accept this option which is fine- no problem :)
Rather than asking for you to completely re-package the board and wait for the courier to come back and collect the board myself & my team are trying to organise a day when one of us will drive a new board to you ourselves. I don't think that many companies would do this. I think most companies would need the board completely re-packaged and then send the courier back.
Unfortunately, my two staff members are away for this week. In the old days, I would jump in my car and drive the board up to you myself. However, I am having to rely on other people to do this for me as I now have long-term health problems.
I do hope you get to enjoy your new board soon as you deserve to!
Yes, it would be great if you could amend this review once you are happy. We are a small UK business going through a challenging time (like many others are) and leaving two negative reviews about my company is of course quite damaging.
