“I haven’t used this outdoors yet but a quick trial at home has confirmed that it is comfortably fit for purpose as a changing robe. I was surprised that the robe I received is labelled 100% cotton as the website described it as “microfibre” which I believe is usually a term for synthetic fast-wicking material. I had actually chosen this robe instead of another brand as I thought that the Microfibre would be easier to dry but I am perfectly happy with what I received. The advice to “wash before use” is essential. I ignored it and became quite furry. One thing I will be keeping an eye on is the seam where the front of the hood joins the front of the neck. It looks well stitched but I can feel tension there when I pull it over my head. I am looking forward to using it out in the wild.”
