“We've 4 months into using the filter and have been really pleased. It tastes good, was easy to install and we've had no issues with leaking. We definitely prefer it to our previous RO systems and water distiller! It's great not to have to add minerals and electrolytes every time, as we always felt dehydrated after drinking RO and distilled water, no matter how many mineral drops we added.
Within the first week of using it, my husband noticed that his dry, cracked lips went away (previously drinking distilled water with added trace mineral drops) and I seemed to be urinating less. My dry skin improved too. I'm sure the minerals and the structuring of the water are helping my body to retain fluids more easily.
Our dog, who previously avoided indoor tap water, started to drink this filtered water voluntarily, which is always a good sign! We even put out a bowl of tap water and a bowl of filtered water next to each other and every time, she went straight to the filtered water.
Given the smell of chemicals that came from the sediment left at the bottom of the water distiller (from boiling 5 litres at a time), we were aware that our tap water contained some pretty undesirable substances.
