I am sorry to hear you feel your new brush is flimsy, our D14 brush is much smaller than our D3, it is great for shorter hair or a handbag brush. “I've used Denman brushes for over 30 years, and they're still the best I've ever found for my long (now silvery) gently wavy hair. I always carry a small D14 mini in my purse to brush tangles out when I'm away all day. Great compact size and it does a great job!”
