“the quality of this brush is extremely low. i saw reviews on amazon that said the brush sold there was so low quality it must have been a fake, so i decided to order right from the denman website. however, the brush i received was very low quality & had gaps between the red cushion pieces & the brush itself making the bristles visible. customer service told me this was the intended design for ease of cleaning, but the bristles seem so exposed & vulnerable, and the gaps in the rubber seem to lend the brush to getting more dirty & storing build up in all crevices. do not buy - not worth the money. trying to return it now but having trouble with customer service”
