“Does the job. Bought to replace a Kent Brushes paddle brush which gave up the ghost after 25 noble years of service - the Kent was perfect for detangling my 3a hair when I regularly coloured it, but on my hair when it's healthy it flattened the volume out too quickly. I wanted to try something which would have less of a smoothing/straightening effect day to day. With the Denman I retain a nice wave after brushing curls out. It's a little more prone to creating static than the Kent but not unmanageably so.”
