Dear Ahmed, thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback about your Denman Brush. I am sorry to hear you are finding your new brush a little hard and sharp. Customers find that their new brush will feel different to the old one they were using as over time and use the pins will tend to soften. We do have the same size of brush with ball-ended pins which can feel more gentler on the scalp. This is our D83 paddle brush. We hope you will love your new brush in time. Warm regards, Jill
