“Unfortunately, I cannot rate this product because, after waiting 2 weeks to receive it, it arrived in an obviously opened box. The product had clearly been completely opened and manipulated (see attached pictures). With the COVID-19 epidemic still vastly active, my adult daughter (whom I bought the brush for), understandably does not want the brush. So I plan to return it for a full refund.”
