Hello Mr Cross, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you feel your new brush feels a little hard on your scalp. The pins do tend to soften over time and use, however if you would prefer a ball-ended pin our D83 or D84 may be more suitable. “1 year later, love this little guy! Used for Toddler curls and soft detangling. Keeps the frizz level down, keeps the curls tight, and an overall easy to maintain brush. The good logo in the back has faded but not a big deal. Will be purchasing again with more rows.”
