“To me, it is a very basic detangler/ massager. I bought it to use solely as a massager. As such it's fine. However upon first use, one of the handles immediately came away from the unit. I have small to medium hands and had bearly started using it. I can still use it by holding the whole unit. Hopefully, I just got a dud one.”
